Family campsite Le Chambron has 50 camping spots on about 2 hectares of land, along a small stream, with the focal point being the former farm, in which the two gîtes are also located. The stream is suitable for paddling and playing ; in the dry summer season it is a small, but always cool stream.
Due to the quiet and natural environment, there is hardly any light pollution. This results in an impressive night sky for amateur astronomers. (And on average at least one shooting star per night).
Le Chambron is very suitable for devoted tent campers, but caravans also take place. Of course you can also opt for practical comfort in one of our mobile homes or gîtes.
There is a pleasantly spacious swimming pool (16 m x 8 m) with sloping bottom and a comfortable staircase in the shallow area. Free access to all campers and tenants, open from 8am to 8pm. The pool is closed with a child-safe access.
For the little ones there is also a playground and of course the pétanque course is present at this French camping. Every week there are joyous competitions to participate in. (Non-French and amateurs included! )
Wi-Fi access is free in the reception area of the campsite.
All pitches are accessible for people with reduced mobility, but not in the rental areas.
In the context of an environmentally conscious business, Le Chambron uses separate waste collection. Bread and vegetable residues are also collected for the chickens and horses.
